Why we love our house at 7 Doane Ave.
We love our house for many reasons, some obvious and some not so obvious. We love the location, being on a dead end street, with very little traffic, is a dream.
Our home is located in Ryal Side, which is a wonderful place to raise a family.
We have a beautiful park on the water called “Obear Park” we can get to at the end of the next street. Ryal Side is a tight nit community where the neighbors help each other out. We will miss the neighbors across the street the most. They are a terrific family with two very nice children that my kids have become very close to.
Our house in warm on the cold winter nights and cool in the summer because of the large trees around our yard. The laundry room on the first floor has been a blessing with two small children. Our house is an old house with charm you can’t find in many homes today, it has history. The deck on the back of the house has been the picnic area on many summer days. The swing on the front porch has been a spot my wife and I would retreat to after the kids would fall asleep.
We have taken care of the house with many improvements and the house has always taken care if us. We will miss 7 Doane Ave. and treasure all the memories.
