Why we love our house!

Lakeview #4 has provided unique and comfortable living in the seaside community of Essex for a very affordable price. Surrounded by much more expensive homes we too are afforded the opportunity to enjoy the privacy and serenity of expansive woods and hiking trails. Just moments away from Lake Chebaco, we are able to spend a day kayaking or sailing on the lake. The mouth of Essex river provides access to the ocean and is situated at our favorite restaurant Periwinkles.

Our property is considered a condo but has been much more like single family living. Having the deeded exclusive area plot of land is ideal for our boat storage. Having the option to expand or put a deck on is unheard of in most condos or townhouses. Most condos have walk up stairs, deeded parking and no storage. The basement is ideal for storing most anything and offers the flexibility to become a playroom or finished living space.

We are recently married and will be moving on to find a new home for our new life together. Lakeview 4 has been a delightful transition for us.
